NEW SOFT RELEASES FROM KOMARU

Komaru of Toulouse, France just introduced their new line of soft releases, Komaru Colors.  Just like the Komaru Titanium soft releases, these are exquisitely crafted from the finest materials.

After just one year on the market, the Komaru brand is expanding to include an aluminum color version of the original dual-contour button.  Patrick Borie-Duclaud chose anodized aluminum in order to obtain the vivid shades which cannot be achieved with titanium.

The choice of aluminum 6064a is particularly well suited to anodization and is guaranteed to provide long lasting mechanical strength while remaining very lightweight.  Beautifully silky to the touch, the anodized aluminum means users of Komaru Colors will find the releases as enjoyable as the Komaru Titanium ones.

The innovative dual contour of Komaru soft releases are convex on the outside and concave in the center.  This makes it easier for the finger to naturally find the center.  This improves stability, especially when in a hurry.
The short conical thread of the Komaru Colors soft release is compatible with all Leica bodies, old and new.

Like Komaru Titanium, Komaru Colors are individually machined, partially by hand, in a workshop in the Arve valley in France, a world leader in precision metal cutting, in particular for state-of-the-art technology.

In the US, Komaru soft releases are available at Leica Store Miami www.leicastoremiami.com
