LEICA OFFERS SPECIAL LEASE PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

Leica Professional has partnered with Marlin Equipment Finance to offer a special lease program for new S-System and SL-System purchases. The lease program features a 1.9% APR for 36 months, with a $1 buyout. This means that unlike an auto lease, you own the equipment outright at the end of the lease. Talk to your accountant on this one, but for many businesses, leasing can be more advantageous than a traditional bank loan. And being able to spread out payment over three years with almost no interest makes an S or SL kit a very affordable option for working pros – an S (Typ 007) body would cost less than $500 per month, while an SL would be a little over $200 per month.

The program runs through December 31, 2016 and is available for professional photographers only, meaning those who derive the majority of their income from photography. M-System purchases are also able to be leased as well, but do not quality for the 1.9% promotional rate. These will be at prevailing rates based on individual credit.
