LEICA D-LUX 7 VANS X RAY BARBEE EDITION

“The joy is in capturing the journey.” Guided by this motto, skateboard pioneer, musician and Leica photographer, Ray Barbee joined forces with the skateboarding label Vans, and with Leica, to develop the Leica D-Lux 7 Vans x Ray Barbee. This is a limited edition camera in line with skateboarding culture and design. 

It features  Ray Barbee’s signature as well as the Vans’ Vault logo engraved on the top plate.

This striking special edition of the Leica D-Lux 7 features Vans’ iconic chequerboard pattern and Ray Barbee’s signature engraved on the top. The set also comes with an exclusive strap and dust bag, both in petrol green. Ray Barbee’s motto appears on one side of the bag. And Ernst Leitz II’s proverbial quote from his significant entrepreneurial decision in 1924 appears on the other side: “Ich entscheide hiermit: Es wird riskiert” (“I hereby decide: it will be risked”).
