Magazine PROFIFOTO claims that with
the new Summilux 35mm f/1.4 ASPH Leica has set a new standard of quality. They say that “This classic focal length lens
delivers better performance than similar optics.” They continue saying that the lens delivers a
bokeh typical for Leica lenses and that it delivers its best performance
already at its maximum aperture over the entire focusing range from infinity to
minimum focusing distance. They further state
that this lens combines a most modern technology with very high quality
materials for a consistently high performance.
High praise indeed and a
further indication that with their new products Leica has further solidified
its position as one of the leading companies in the world of photography.

What, it has no aperture ring, it is only valuable with aperture, if you change camera you cannot use it, useless again Leica
ReplyDeleteTell that to the owners of the Leica T and SL cameras and ask them if they find the lenses useless. You need to familiarize your self with these camera systems before you make unsubstantiated assumptions.
