Leica has released two new
binoculars in their popular Trinovid line: the Leica Trinovid 8×32 HD and
Trinovid 10×32 HD. Compared to the Trinovid HD 42 line, the HD 32’s are smaller
and lighter and feature an incredible close focus distance of 1 meter (3.3
feet). Priced at $849 for the 8×32 and $899 for the 10×32, deliveries should
begin in late May 2017.

Compact, light and rugged – with its new generation of
the Trinovid HD family Leica Sport Optics offers ideal and previously
unattainable viewing quality for outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts. Now the
Germany based optics company expands the successful entry-level series with two
new binoculars: the Leica Trinovid 8×32 HD and Leica Trinovid 10×32 HD.
As the Leica Trinovid 8×42 HD and the Leica Trinovid
10×42 HD binoculars the new Trinovid 32 HD models guarantee an exceptionally
bright and clear view, pin-sharp resolution, superb colour fidelity and perfect
contrast. Thanks to their compactness and lightness the Leica Trinovid 8×32 HD
and Leica Trinovid 10×32 HD are the perfect travel companions as they fit
perfectly in any luggage, backpack or even purse. The rubber armoring provides
not only a perfect grip but makes the binoculars also imperishable in heavy
use. With its extreme lightweight design the armoring takes a substantial part
in making these binocular a robust and reliable companion.
The ideal balance of high transmission and a bright
viewing image with natural contrast and color rendition guarantees breathtaking
viewing experiences and unhindered enjoyment of the natural world, even in
unfavorable light, on cloudy days and during the twilight hours.
As is the case with the top models in the Leica range,
the lenses of all Leica Trinovid binoculars feature an extremely effective,
water-resistant and dirt-repellent coating. Diopter corrections can be
conveniently and easily applied with the right-hand eyepiece and personal
settings for the eye-relief distance can be set by adjusting the eyecups with
four click-stop settings. The Leica Trinovid 8×32 HD and the Leica Trinovid
10×32 HD are supplied complete with a new light and rugged bag that is made of water
and dirt-repellent neoprene.
