LEICA SPORTS OPTICS PRICES INCREASING ON JULY 1ST

Many of us tend to get totally wrapped up in Leica cameras; more often than not we forget that there is more to Leica than just cameras, lenses and accessories.  I am referring to the outstanding line of Leica Sports Optics.

They have the reputation of being one of the best lines of binoculars and related products money can buy.  They are built with the same hand-built precision as the Leica cameras and lenses. 

Due to the ever-rising costs involved with manufacturing hand-built products from exotic, expensive materials, production costs and especially the recent rise in the value of the Euro against the dollar, Leica is forced to increase the prices on many of the Leica Sports Optics.

To quote Leica, “this revision is necessary due to the current exchange rates and the increase in raw materials and production costs.”

The only items not affected by this are the Goevid Laser Rangefinder Binoculars, Televid Spotting Scopes and recently announced products such as the Green Noctivids.

Our friends at Leica StoreMiami stated “The good news here is that we have nearly a month of advance notice. All orders placed by June 30, 2018 will be honored at the pre-increase price – even if the item is not in stock until on or after July 1, 2018.”
