German fotography magazine PROFIFOTO announced that Leica and WhiteWall announced their cooperation. In future, the high-quality products from the well-known and multi-award-winning photo laboratory will also be available in selected Leica stores worldwide.
The starting shot for the cooperation is the new Leica Store in Munich at Maffeistraße 4 at the end of October and is the first Leica Store to offer its own area for the presentation of the various photo services from WhiteWall. From fine art prints to individually framed and laminated prints in gallery quality, customers can get advice on the high-quality photo products and order them on site. The integration of WhiteWall services in selected Leica stores in Los Angeles, Rome, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Wetzlar is already being implemented. Further locations are being planned.
"We are very proud to have such a traditional company as Leica at our side as a long-term partner and to be able to implement our current project with this premium brand", sayd Alexander Nieswandt, founder and managing director of WhiteWall.
“Leica Camera and WhiteWall have already been linked by a long-standing and trusting cooperation, which is reflected in the successful implementation of numerous projects, most recently at the current exhibitions around the Leica Oskar Barnack Award (LOBA) 2020. We are pleased to now include our store offer to expand with the high-quality photo products from WhiteWall and thus round off the “experience photography” in our stores holistically”, says Matthias Harsch, CEO of Leica Camera AG.
