NEWS FROM LEICA/SINAR








Sinar announced today that the Sinar S-CS adapter allows the Sinarback S 30 | 45 to be combined with the optically unsurpassed Leica S lenses for flexible use in the studio as well as on location.

The Sinarback S 30 | 45 offers maximum flexibility, high sensitivity of up to ISO 12500 and extensive photo and video recording functions of the highest quality.

If production requires high flexibility and outstanding image quality, the photographer now has the option of using Leica S lenses with central locking (CS) in addition to the proven Sinaron digital lenses. The autofocus capability of the Leica S lenses are fully retained.


This is made possible by the new Sinar S-CS adapter. The combination of the Sinarback S 30 | 45, the Sinar S-CS adapter and Leica S lenses forms a compact and easy-to-use system.

The operation is tailored to the needs of the photographer: it can be operated directly on the Sinarback S 30 | 45 or remotely controlled via USB cable or via WLAN with the recording software Sinar CaptureFlow or via the Sinarback app on mobile phone (iOS).
